6 Ways to stay Slender Body for Vacation

Vacation time is the time to have fun, so sometimes you forget that resulted in self control your weight increases. Surely you do not want to be like that right? Here are six ways that can be done so that the body stay slim during the holidays:

1. Bring a healthy snack
Most people will experience fear trouble finding food when visiting new places. As a result they will eat in excess and bring supplies of food in transit. As a result, food consumption was not controlled.

2. Bring your own food in flight
The airline currently rarely serve free food and if they do, usually not something you want us to eat, As bad is the food at the airport, which tend to be high calorie. So try to always bring their owned healthy food in flight.

3. Do not overeat at restaurants
Sometimes in a lot of restaurants, portion sizes are served far exceeded the average of what should be eaten in one sitting. So if you are traveling with other people, consider dividing the two appetizers and main dishes. But if still hungry, you can order again. But, wait until you do not feel satiated. Better to chew food slowly, sit back and enjoy the fact that you are on vacation. You also can avoid high cholesterol foods.

4. Treat yourself well
You do not need to enlarge the good fortune to frequent eating chocolate, ice cream and other sweets. Maybe it was fun but it certainly will not impact you want. So remind and treat yourself well.

5. Make it a fun and healthy activity
Vacation is not just fun and the lazy, many activities during the holiday fun as well as in healthy hiking, biking, rafting, etc.

6. Wear tight clothes
By looking at my-self in the mirror, this will remind you of the main goals of healthy and fit. If your clothes are getting narrow coastal certainly would look not beautiful anymore when you decide to sunbathe or play water.
