Schildergasse, Europe's Busiest Shopping Area

Pedestrian zone in downtown Cologne is commonly called Schildergasse busiest shopping streets in Europe. Every hour, 13,000 visitors who pass this way, Schildergasse lined pedestrian zone of 500 meters from Hohe Strabe in Neumarkt in the east end to west end.

Schildergasse offers an international shopping stores and modern architecture despite a long history attached to them. This place is already there at the time of ancient Rome who had just started open for business in mid-century.
